The needs to determine whether the enzyme elevations remain high, then indicating a chronic issue. The doctor will need to find the proper diagnosis as well, be it fstty liver, viral, etc. Sometimes the elevations go away if they are caused by a simple GI infection.

These are not alarming levels. But doing followup tests in a few months certainly makes sense. The enzyme levels can bounce around a bit due to GI infections, etc. Smoking isn't an issue, and not drinking is great as well. Hopefully all is well and this is just a random excursion.
