Positive Mitochondrial M2 test

When doing other blood work-up a lab informed my Doctor that I have a positive Mitochondrial M2 test.  My range was
115.2  ---- I've had Crohns for about 15 years now.   My Doctor has ordered several liver blood test, to see if  I have
Biliary Cirrhosis.  Can you tell what you think, is there a good chance this is Biliary Cirrhosis with that high of a
AMA test?

Thank you

I forgot to say, I recently found out through a PBC group I visited that Crohns and Ceoliac are both closely related in the auto immune side of things.

It is always possible with this result also if you have an ANA pos result too but I would like to point out that many people have PBC  and never find out they have got it as it never manefests itsself to any degree that it makes a difference to their lives so do not start worrying yet.  Unfortunately my PBC is in the later stages and I have AIH (Auto Immune Hepatitis) so I am now borderline cirrotic but lots of people live long and relatively healthy lives with this in ignorance of having PBC.  Although it cannot be cured, the consultants can stabilise this very effectively now with the new technology.  I hope this is some help to you.
