Raised ALT

i've got a patient male 32yrs of age,married complaining of anorexia off and on for the last 4months.no history of jaundice,itching,hepatosplenomegaly,abdominal discomfort,smoking or any other problem.no family history of any disease.LFT's show BILIRUBIN:1.3mg%, SGPT:63U/L, SERUM ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE:224U/L..HBsAg and HCV:negative...USG ABDOMEN:normal..can you please tell me what should be the course of action now and how can we manage this patient?i shall be very grateful to you..

well i havent yet started thinking on those lines..he doesnt take any other medications,no history of any environmental factor..he has got no other signs..can you please further elaborate how to go about now??

have you begun investigating the more obscure? hemachromatosis? wilsons PBC? etc??? what other meds does he take? any environmental factors???
