SGPT AND SGOT HIGH

I am a 27 year old and having a situation of high SGOT and SGPT . One month ago I had an allergic reaction while working in refinery after that when I checked the blood ,there were high bilirubin of 1.8 in which direct is 0.5 and my SGPT become 145 and SGOT was 65  a slight increase of Uricacid were there and globulin as well when I consulted la doctor he diagnosed that I'm having fatty liver with grade 2 and hiatus hernia . He gave me medicine for one month, even after a month it still same

my report shows SGOT is 66 IU and
SGPT is 57.3
pl suggest remidy.
