Findings: MINIMAL PULMONARY FIBROSIS VERSUS SUBSEGMENTAL ATELECTASIS RIGHT MIDDLE LUNG

Can this be cure? Will this cause a scar in my lungs? Do I need to exercise? What are the chances of me having TB?

Please help me,, This is the first time I have my xray result like this.. I have always been having xray due to my job requirement.

I sweat a lot, I don't exercise.
