Noncalcified node on.lung

I was just diagnosed with a five mm noncalcified node just above my diaphragm.  I am terrified because I also have a five cm pulmanary aneurysm. I have had the pulmonary issue for years and it hasn't gotten any larger. I feel like a ticking time bomb.  I am not clear on what the noncalcified node in my lung is.  Is it cancer or can it become cancer
