Distant or Regional nodes

Are axillary lymph nodes considered regional nodes or distant nodes in primary lung cancer?
Lung cancer was diagnosed as primary with a biopsy of the axillary lymph nodes.

Axillary lymphatic plexus
Brachial axillary lymph nodes
Cubital lymph nodes
Interpectoral axillary lymph nodes (Rotter nodes)
Superficial axillary (low axillary)
Paramammary or intramammary lymph nodes
Deep axillary lymph nodes
Parasternal lymph nodes (internal mammary nodes)
