pains in chest along with gas, been that way 3 months now all day everyday dont ease up..

should i be worried? i have these pains deep inside my chest, seems like all the times it hits i get rumbleing in my stomach then pass gas.. it helps alittle but dont stop it, its been this way for 3 months now, been coughing up alot of phlem, i no  its alot to do with smoken, ..blood pressure is not to bad.. right now its 140 over 80..i take atenal for the blood presure.. the pains started  on my lower right side  at rib cage, now its on both sides..can u please help?..ty

Hi am 56 yrs and cant ease. I have a deep constipation which affect my heart and feel cold in my stomach. I have soo many gass in my stomach which draws to my left in my head like a rock is been hitted to ma head .It even wakes me up from bed like to pass out..Always noise  in my stomach and unnecessary gass.It is a chronic. I feel that its all in the stomach.I dont drink soda , alchohol,smoke.I feel Dizzy a lot. Please i have been to the hospital but still the same problem.

I have that too however I dont really get the pains all that often

It could be GERD (chronic heartburn)  and smoking is a good factor in that as well as diet.  However mine is more hereditary.  To be safe though get a chest xray.  Six months ago I had a chest xray plus a lung function test and it came back normal.
