**Name Storming**

OK. I was given a wonderful ideas from Flickan to start a name post to help everyone come up with names for their little ones. So please,  put out some names for both boys and girls and let them name storming begin!


Girls: Lillian,  Michelle,  Violet

Boys: Joseph,  Nathaniel, Isaiah

I love hawaiian names as middle names:

Boys: Keanu, Kimo, Keoni, Koa

I have an uncle Gary and a neighbor Gary. That's all I picture. Could be a middle name....

It was my great grandma's name. I was close to her when I was little. I don't know...I grew up wanting to be a Jennifer due to me being the only Anita....do I want to do that to my kid? Our last name is bad enough as a mouthful.

Flickan I wouldn't worry about her having a unique name. That's become pretty common. When I go to my boys school there are all sorts of unusual names on the lockers. I kinda feel bad for my one son because he always has someone in his class with the same name so he always has to go by Joseph J.

Xander....I think of vin diesel. And so glad you guys won't rat me out to the hubby ;) I guess there wasn't as many unique names in my school. Everyone was Jessica or Jennifer. I wish I coulda been an Anita F. Just once....would have made me feel like I didn't have such an old name....its a family name that is carried down the female line. I guess I have to remember the grass is always greener on the other side. And remind my kid whichever way we go.

Flickan I can see your point. I love my name and didn't mind not having other Deannas around but hated that I could never get keychains and such with my name on it.

It was so hard picking a name for my baby bc I word associate everything like he would read off a name and I woukd be like no I dont like that gurl or guy lol so the name had to be really original lol

my girl name is Leilani Edith.

my baby 's dad doesn't like any of the boy names i chose: Mason, Ethan and Brantley.
And i said no to the only one he came up with Damien. but middle name will be Edward after my dad

Flickan ... I too grew up with a lot of girls named Jennifer or Jessica ... However I wish it were my name my mom went for Kayleen (yuck) I have a Mackenzie Ann, a Dakota Grace and a Brooklyn Noel ... Hopefully they like their names more than I did :)
