So a while back I posted about some bruising on my baby that I was concerned about. This past week I noticed some more unusual brusing so I took her to the dr. She has inherited my bleeding disorder. She's spending the night at the hospital tonight with an IV to boost her blood counts and she will also have to have further testing to see the extent of it and also just to rule out any other possible more serious medical conditions. There is no reason to believe at this point that it is more serious.

I just got off the phone with my daughter's dr and her blood work all came back normal. They suggested I get her established with a hematologist so if this ever comes up again she can do her treatment as an outpatient and not have be hospitalized

So glad you guys are home. How much more will she have to deal with treatment wise and will it be outpatient?

We're home from the hospital now safe and sound

It hasn't been that bad. I would probably be terrified if I didn't have the same disorder but I really know what to expect at this point and I know it sounds scarier than it really is. She's on the pediatric oncology floor and that is so sad. I was talking to a mom with a 7 month old who has leukemia that almost broke me. Also, since my daughter's **** head father carries her insurance he ended up finding out and started bugging me. What a ****er. I lost it with him. Started telling him that he's stupid and a ******* loser with his balls locked up in his girlfriends purse.

Lol. A buzz button is a good idea! And a "like" button. Everything is going well. Thanks so much for all your prayers and positive thoughts. Elliana is responding well to her treatment and her blood work is looking great. She is in great spirits. She will have one more round of blood work done tonight and if all still looks good we'll get to go home tonight.
