Halloween is near!!

I cant wait. Its like my.christmas.. one day a year we can dress up like fools and get away with it and on top score free candy! ( such a big kid i know lol )
My little boys are dressing up. My oldest wants to be an Army general ( hooah! ) and my.twins are going to be monkeys... and of course im dressing up. Im doing a day of the dead thing. Getting my.face done at MAC lol


What are you all planning? Dressing babies up? Gonna score candy? Party?

I'm dressing Elliana up as a cow. I know it's kind of unoriginal but last year, the day before Halloween was when I found out her dad had knocked up his girlfriend. I was sooooo upset and didn't even want to get out of bed the next day but I had to because it was the parade at my son's school. I saw this little 10 month old baby dressed as a cow and knew this year at that time I'd have a beautiful baby the same age. It really helped keep me focused just thinking about my daughter. So I decided to dress her up like a cow.

I know carters has costumes for 6month olds and younger even bc I was going to buy one for kendrick and also costco

Children's place has some. I'm finding used ones on Facebook sales and saw some when I took my grandma to the thrift store.

My kids love halloween, and every year it seems more and more people get into it over here. I'd love to dress bailey up, but i can't seem to find any baby costumes to fit a 6 month old, the smallest seem to be for toddlers.

Former cuz the church broke off and kinda migrated into a more nondenominational Christian church. Trust me though...the Mennonite thought are still strong with his parents and grandparents. They feel like its a celebration of the devil.

Halloween is a big deal for us too. Not sure what Genevieve or Josh are going to be but Joseph wants to be a zombie. We usually trick or treat around the neighborhood and then drive to both sets of grandparents houses because they love seeing the kids all dressed up. We always decorate our yard and have a fog machine going. My hubby stays home and passes out candy.

Omg they were mennonites !!! I love watching breaking Amish thats so cool I mean idk about living that life but why are they former?

I just bought kendrick a onesies that says I love my mummy and a pumpkin beanie and lil booties lol next year ill buy him a costume im just going to wear kkitty kat ears lol

Halloween is a tricky one with hubby's family (former Mennonites)- so I got a butterfly costume for Cadence and will call it good with that. Had a pic of her taken in it last week by my friend. Will post when she gets em to me.
