I'm sick of dealing with idiots!!
Ok, so this is just a huge vent to let off steam from this weekend...it all happened friday afternoon when my 10yr old son came home from school crying because he had been bullied on the school bus AGAIN by the same group of boys who have done this a couple of times before, except this time he was spat on, and his hair was pulled. Well i went straight around to the house of the boy who did this, only to have his mother start ranting and raving at me! They are just ferals, and its a known fact she can't control her 5 kids, i told her that what was going on wasn't acceptable, and she more or less told me to ****off from her house and stop complaining to her everytime one of her kids does something! Unbelievable. Then that same afternoon i had to serve divorce papers to my ex, and when i told him it cost $800 and could he at least pay half (this man left me, and did not pay for any settlement, i had to pay all the $6000 in legal fees) he laughed at me and said sorry, i have no money. Thats what he says everytime he needs to do something about finalising the marriage. Never mind he just bought a new motorbike, and is off holidaying with the latest girlfriend up the coast. I just honestly can't believe the mentality of some people!!
I hate stories like this. I'd be so devestated if my son were being bullied. I'm sorry you have to deal with that and an *** hole ex on top of it!! I'd be devestated if my son were a bully as well so shame on that other kids parents for not doing anything about it.
I think our divorce works differently here in Australia, we can't actually make the other person pay half, its all up to the person who is filing for it. Paying $800 is for me to lodge it myself, it would be $1400 if i had a Lawyer do it. Yes, he does pay me child support every week thank god, but there is nothing i can do about what he spends his money on. I mean, its just a matter of principle isn't it, doing the right thing? When we had our property settlement when our house was sold, i had to pay the 6000 because he had no money for a lawyer! He was self represented, which means my lawyer had to charge me. I mean, he's the one who called it quits, and didn't want me anymore, and yet he doesn't seem to want to take any steps to finish what he started. A divorce is important to me, as i am fully committed to someone else now, and have a baby with him, staying married to someone else is something i'm not comfortable with.
And as for the bullying, i am going to see the school principal in the morning and let them know, and then deal with the bus driver. But for now, i told my son i will pick him up from school. This mother i'm dealing with, her children are well known as the ***holes of the school, and she's just sick of everyone harrassing her about the kids, but it wouldn't be happening if she actually did something about it, and disciplined them! So yeah, if the attitudes of the parents are anything to go by, no wonder her kids are the way they are.

I dont understand why kids are so mean to each other even little kids? I know it has to do with their parents and lack of discipline comes into play but I dont get it!! Mothers are always going to think that their children are angels I.mean look at mothers where their children are in jail for murder they still probably think their kids are good people lol sometimes its hard for people to own up to their faults and accept it especially when it comes to their kids and as far as your x u should totally try and get ahold of receipt for his bike and where ever he takes his gf and use that in court..does he pay child support
That's awful. Joshua gets bullied some too and it really makes him depressed. I would call the school and complain. I am greatful that my sons elementary school principal does not tolerate bullying and always took care of the issue. People wonder why the world has all the problems it does but I really think if parents would actually parent their children we wouldn't have half this stuff going on. My boys know that I expect them to treat everyone kindly and how they would want to be treated.
Wow. Im sorry about all this. What did the bis driver do? Bring it up to the school and let them know what had happend. The bus driver needs to protect the children he/her drive. My oldest was bullied last year amd was told to steal 10 bucks off the teachers desk or they woild beat him up. I raised all kinds of hell when they suspended him.
And for yiu ex. Bring it up in court. About the new bike and all. They should hamg him by the balls with court fees. Men are dumb i swear.
