Thanks Cherie,
Is that a sweet wine with little after taste?
most australian reds are good if u can get them----------some mix red with a little water to make it easier if u find it hard to drink
I seriously don't like anything bitter or dry, DH and I spent one afternoon in a wine store trying to find a good wine that I liked..... all the while me not being a drinker...... least to say, we finally found the one I really liked... AFTER I had too much to drink trying them all out.. hehe! We got a bottle to save for our Wedding reception. anyways.
A Reisling is nice and sweet. White.
Well my Husband swears by trader Joes' Merlot' and who am I to argue its only $1.99 a bottle!!
You might like trying an Argentinian Malbec (red). They are wonderful and great prices. If the standard types of wines don't do it for you (not sweet enough) you might want to try a nice ruby port. This is my absolute favourite!
Thank everyone! I would like to plan a nice night for DH and I and a big surprise would be a nice bottle of wine...... but you all might think this is crazy.. but do you chill wine? ( I told you I'm not much of a drinker..lol)
Whites, yes. I don't think you chill a red wine.
It depends some people like it chilled I do
I like dessert wines yummy
bud light...hell yeah!!!!!!!!
I might be spelling it all wrong - rhine lady? It's white - not too bitter, not too sweet. One glass for a good dinner is quite so relaxing.
For red wine I won't have any good suggestions since I usually won't drink it. Even one glass makes a bad tomorrow ;-)
Florena
You chill white but leave reds at room temperature.
