Menopause at 25 seems to be reversing itself

I'm 29 years old. 4yrs ago my period stopped. I went to several doctors and they all told me I had already hit menopause. My FSH level was at 79.4 and my LH was at 37.1. I am also a lupus patient and was taking a lot of medications. I went to see an infertility doctor and she told me the only way I could have a child was if I adopted or bought donor egs. Just a week ago out of the blue I started having a normal period. I went to the doctor and my FSH level is now at 24.0 and LH at 17.5. My question is does this mean I could possibly get pregnant? What does it mean? Is it normal?i know my FSH would need to be at 21. Can I do anything to lower it. Please help. My endocrinologist is on vacation for 2 weeks and waiting is making me sick.

Thank you so much for ur response. I definitly am very excited, because from a doctor telling me I would never have a chance and that it would be impossible, this little hope gives me so much happiness.I have found myself smiling alot more. So again THANK YOU!

HI,
Whether you can get pregnant or not can be said only after a detailed evaluation. However it is very encouraging that your hormone levels are reverting back to normal and you have started getting normal menses. Hence keep your fingers crossed till you see your endocrinologist.
Take care and good luck.
