vaginal discharge

My other problem ( besides the uterine polyp) is that I have had vaginal discharge on and off for a year. It was yellowish green..The doctor now thinks it is vaginal atrophy, and I have been given vagifem tablets.  Every day for 2 weeks, followed by twice a week. I still have the vaginal discharge , except it is no longer yellowish green, it is white or clear or slightly yellowish.

Here's my question.. Has any one else had this symptom from vaginal atrophy?  What works to make this go away?

Yes I've had yellow green discharge for 4 months - no bacteria showing up on tests - now seeing a specialist who has put me on vagifem same dose as you. I'm not convinced this will work and am desperate to get rid of the discharge - any suggestions?
