Sudden vaginal dryness at 31.!

I just turned 31 and suddenly I am experiencing vaginal dryness. Looking on internet I am shocked it is major symptoms of menopause. I have had my periods thinner since last 12 months but they are regular. I never had any issue with wetness before. Really worried about my symptoms.
Any help please? I have not seen that white discharge since last two months. Tried meditation and everything within these two,but nothing improved. I am yet plan a family.

Have you had a physical lately? They need to that and check your hormone levels.  Sorry this happened.

No, need to get it done. Really scared.
Your hormones may be off. Maybe see your GP first and they can test your hormones.  But white discharge with smell and colored like yellow or green. Smelly, itchy can be an infection.  I don't think you will have problems having children because of this. It could be leukorrhea. It may be normal or a sign of infection or can you be pregnant? You should get it checked

No, neither of the things, doesn't look like infection and not pregnant either. Along with that have noticed that since an year my periods blood is so thin that pad stays almost white, I don't have thyroid either. Periods are timely, 5 days before but the thickness and duration of it has reduced and then this. So worried about it. Though my stress levels are legend level because of my job since 2 years. Scared that because of job I might be approaching menopause 10 -20 years early?
High stress can change menstruation.  But may be hormone imbalance. I would see your doctor for a checkup.

I had this too when I was early 30s up until a few months ago (now 37) bad enough I would tear from sex. Doctors saw nothing wrong. I stopped my anxiety meds. Cleared right up

That's interesting.  I had read that antidepressants can have sexual side effects such as vaginal dryness but hadn't heard anyone's story of stopping them and having it clear right up like that.  How do you handle your anxiety now? That's also a beast to deal with. I think for some women that can't stop the medication, they use a good vaginal dryness product to combat it. Glad the situation resolved for you.

Hello~some ladies can start menopause in their thirties, it is called "Peri-menopause" and it can cause some of the same symptoms of menopause. I would see a gyn and ask for some tests to determine what your hormonal levels are.  I also would start using "Bio-identical" progesterone cream. This matches your bodies progesterone perfectly, so there are no unwanted side effects like a person gets when they take the synthetic that most MD's prescribe. This has been known to help with vaginal dryness as well as other uncomfortable symptoms of Peri-menopause. Dr Jonathan Lee has an excellent book on it, you can probably order it on-line or get it at most book stores. It is called "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Peri-Menopause" it is excellent.
