menstrual cycle x-haroin user

i'm 24 years old and i'm a recovered heroin addict. about 2 years ago when i began use of it my period stoped. i lost a lot of weight due to my habit. i've been clean for almost 90 days and i'm worried i really messed up my hormons. i'm curently on methadone and i don't know if that would effect my period from coming back. i keep getting hot flashes and i know that's a sign of mentapause. i'm really worried i'll never get my period back. i don't know what to  think about it...
