Fibroids are very common and typically do not need any treatment. They can cause irregular or heavier bleeding. If that is a concern, there are treatments to reduce and regulate bleeding.
Did your doctor have any plan for you? They will sometimes intervene if you have thickening of the uterus called endometrial hyperplasia. Sometimes it is hormonal if a woman has lots of estrogen and not so much progesterone. Or there can be other things also going on. A lot of times simply adding on progesterone will treat it.
