I looked on line and read about it, helps with hormone, rather expensive, I'm on progesterin  cream right now, going to use it up, and see how I feel I've been having off and on hot flashes but that's all, which could be from not being up on my Armour,

You should not take thyroid and HRT at the same time. They should probably be separated by at least 4 hours but your pharmacist should be able to advise you on that.

They say that HRT started shortly after the onset of menopause and taken for up to 5 years is considered relatively safe.

Although supplements can be purchased without a prescription, they can have side effects. I have never heard of deer velvet supplements.
