I am having a little issue here made me very confused. I did ejaculate into a handkerchief few days ago. I just saw that handkerchief again it has turned into brownish. How is that possible? I use bleaching powder for washing. I am a 25 year old male. Please help me.

It is very likely from oxidation, a normal chemical reaction. Bleach will not prevent oxidation. I would not be concerned about it, but you might want to rinse your handkerchiefs soon after "using" them.
