can someone help.
when I urinate some sperm like stuff comes out and it burns like hell, what might this be?
went to see my PCM and he gave me antibiotics and also mentioned that it might be an STD which I don't think is the case.

Hi,
I actually have semen come out while urinating at times. In my case this came after a TURP and resection of the bladderneck. As a result I have retrograde ejeculation. Semen only comes out during urination if I have had intercourse with my wife or for any other reason am brought to the point of ejeculation. Most of the semen ends up in my bladder. If I urinate shortly after the sensation of ejeculation, there is a lot of burning and discomfort.
