Help with extremely long-lasting puberty?

I am an 18-year-old male. I was a late bloomer, not starting puberty until around 15 years of age. And though I have grown much since then - I grew over a foot taller, in fact - my voice has not changed at all. I am a 5'10" 18-year-old stuck with a voice that is high-pitched and constantly cracks. Can someone help? Specifically, is it possible to "speed up" this kind of thing, perhaps by eating certain foods, getting more sleep, etc.?
