Bladder pain in the morning !

Hello, in the past 3 months i have experienced pain in the bladder. Not every day, seems like every 2nd day but can be 2-3 days in a row then ok for 2 days, etc. I have been waking up with this heavy pain at 2-3 am or 4-5 am, i go to the bathroom and within 2 hours pain is gone. I am 37 old, 175 lbs, active and fit, not overweight at all, i do smoke a pack a day and drink few times a week but not heavy. I have full control of when i go to the bathroom and do not experience andy urgent need to urinate during the day.

Please help !

Do you feel discomfort during urination, for example burningh sensation or pain? Do you experience interrupted flow (urinating in waves instead of in a steady stream)?Have you experienced any weight loss? Do you have a pain in the back, lower back or above the waist? Do you experience pain during sexual intercourse? Do you experience frequent urination or frequent urge to urinate? Have you noticed any unusual change in the urine colour? Are there any accompanying symptoms e.g abdominal pain?

Have you tried over the counter medicine , ibrufen or aspirin, to relieve the pain? Does it work?
