Bumps on the foreskin cut line

hello!

I was wondering what this was

it is a bunch of small bumps, no regular shape they are all different,  too small to see unless you stretch the skin to see it.  its right to the left of where the v cut would be, on the bottom of the penis.  no swelling, bleeding no penial discharge, or itchyness,  theyve been there for id say about 2 years that i have seen!

any ideas?

thank you!
