Could it be cancer

It have a bump attached to me left testicle. I have had it since the age of 13, but have never said anything about it. I am 22 now, and have never had any health problems. What are the chances it could be cancer.

I had a bump like what you describe and it turned out to be something like a zit. I had it for 2 years before I was brave enough to mess with it. You might want to make sure it isn't the same as my problem before asking a doctor.

I forgot one other thing. The bump is under the skin, hard, and non painful. It is big enough for me to pinch with my thum and finger.
