Dandruff

Lately i have noticed i have dandruff, i heard of shampoo that gets rid of it, does anyone know any kind of shampoo or other thing that does, i have tried showering even More often then i do, which is alot, and it still doesnt go away, i want to get rid of it soon, only got it about a week ago.  Thx for ur answers. :}

Yeah, I would think that every couple of days is fine.  Many people have a daily shower, but I personally believe that is over-doing it for a variety of reasons including the drying effects on hair and skin.

I live in Virginia, and yes it is Winter, if i use it about once every two days is that ok?

Sometimes, shampooing too often leads to dry skin which will result in flaking. This may happen even more in the winter months because of indoor dry air, depending upon where you live. You could try one of the many dandruff shampoos, but one with a moisturizer may be the best.

just went to the store and found some cool kind i heard it works from a few people, hope it does, gona go try it now, thx if this doesnt work i will try ur idea. :)

you need a  ginger or tea tree shampoo  , i get body shop but you may not have it where you are !
