I have been having unprotected sexual intercourse with my girlfriend for about 4 months and the other day i was having a shower and noticed two equally spaced pin sized red spots on the head of my penis. Then that evening it had grown either side of the eye of my Penis is it a rash or could it be an STD or STI ??

when i look closley there are small dots around my **** then there is a little cluster of them

I looked online for hours trying to find pictures similar and i have found none none of the herpes pictures even look close...

i get this on and off(not frequently at all) mild pain in the hed of my penis it doesnt hurt but it gives me slight dicomfort there is no discharge or any other afects this has been happening since last night just after masturbating.
