blood clot, dorsal vein?

I was having sex with my girlfriend a couple of nights ago and I used a penis ring, well I think it was a bit too tight because now 2 nights later there is a large vein at the base of my penis that is still swollen. I also feel like if it was a blood clot that it as moved further into my body because i have a weird feeling on the left side of my groin/stomach.  Its not painful but more like a pressure.  What do I do?

You really should get in to see your Dr about this. Don't be worried about telling him/her what happened because they hear everything.
It could be a blood cot, I don't know. Or, it could be a busted vein. You really need to get it checked out though.
