Enlargement and intermittent pain

This just started a couple days ago. I noticed that my left teste seemed to be a bit swollen. There is slight pain here and there that only seems to stay confined to a small area in the left groin. I would definitely compare it to an ache. I quickly got online and I don't have any of the major symptoms that are associated with cancer. I don't have any back or chest pain. The only extras were a few stomach aches that came on when I was researching this online and got so worried that I made myself nauseaus. I think I may call our family doctor in the next couple days. I don't want to let this get out of hand IF it is cancer. Any advice?

Ok, I sat down to relax tonight and there has been little pain or aching at all. I have no idea.

Thanks, I did go to the doctor and she said she couldn't find a mass on either one. She gave me an antibiotic to take for the next 10 days and we'll go from there. <sigh of relief>
