Face bone defect

Hi
I am a 20 years old medical student
I have been masturbating since 14 and I quit last December , but I did it twice this month .
The problem is that my face has a bigger side than the other , more developed bones and muscles , the zygoma is larger in my right face side and more prominent than my left side  . I searched alot for that but I didn't know the answer , so is anyone familiar with any case like that?!
One last question , does that have something to do with the masturbating habit I used to have ?!

No, it has nothing to do with masturbation.  Normal masturbation that is not excessive has no adverse effects on the body.
