Foreskin

I am 27 years old, and on my last sexual incounter i tore my "banjo" it healed fine and since i feel i can pull my foreskin down easier, but since i am afraid to have intercourse incase of it happening again, when i have an errection i can pull my foreskin down however it is tight. is this normal or is there anything i can do to make my foreskin looser without circumcishion??

hi , stetching exersize is best in your situation , it will soon adjust back to "normal" !

First of all, avoid circumcision at all costs unless you cannot do otherwise. Your description seems to suggest that you can easily avoid it. Circumcision does not make a foreskin loose, it removes part of it and if not done properly you can have permanent problems. But even if done correctly, it will alter after some years the structure and sensitivity of your glans, because after circumcision the glans will be permanently exposed to friction and it was not meant to be like that. Think about it.

From what I can remember, there are creams that can help in your situation. Just ask your doctor to prescribe you something. Probably a little lubricant before penetration will be helpful too.

Since you can pull your foreskin down, it is only a matter of time and good practice to get it adjusted so that the intercourse be painless.
