I read a little about its use in men, but mostly body builders.  My question is have you had blood work to determine your LH level.  From what I understand clomid and hcg will only help if your LH is low, but I could be wrong.  I hope you finda solution and I will keep an eye out for some answers as i google about.
Hace you ever been checked for a glandular disorder.  the steroids may have just aggravated an underlying pituatary gland issue.  I would ask your doc about seeing an endocrinologist in addition to the urologist.  Just to rule out any underlying condition.

hcg is a common pregnancy hormone and clomid is to enhance a womans fertility.  I have never heard of them being used in a man.  i will have to look into that.
