i am 18 yrs old. i started masturbating when i was 14, in the start i used to masturbate less, but afterwards due to the introduction of telivision in my room i began to masturbate 2-4 times a day and became addicted to it. some times i do it just for the sake of doing it.  feeling sleepy, weak, pain in my lower back and joints, brittle bones, lack in concentration and memory r the problems im suffering from it. this has reduced my physical as well as mental capacities. i have tried to quit masturbation but all in vain. so plz help  meeeeeee

I disagree with marra (nothing personal!) but those symptoms are likely to be from excessive masturbation...I did it for a period of time and felt some of the symptoms as you're feeling now especially the feeling of weakness, lack in concentration and memory problems. I do agree that you should see a doctor and speak to him about it though.

it is nothing to do with masterbation , it is fine and heathy to masterbate it is a very natrual thing for all to do . you do need to see a doc for your syptoms though  maybe throid or anemia spring to mind but it is just coicidence and guilt that you belive that maserbation is the cause .do not feel guitly for being human !  enjoy your body and what you do to it as it is yours and much more fun when you are comfortable with it . good luck x x
