I have a small bump 1cm away from the base of my penis.

I have a small bump on my pubic area near the base of my penis. It just appeared out of nowhere and I don't know what to do. When it first appeared it small and releases a bit of yellowish fluid yet as time pass it just became a large bump that hurts a bit when touched. Its hard and looks like mosquito bite. I only trim not shave. What can I do to remove the bump? Can somebody tell me what it is and ways to remove it?
