I'm 20, am i lacking testosterone?

Hello, i'm a 20 year old male and i think i got stuck mid-puberty. I'm hairy everywhere except for my face, my penis is pretty small and my body just didnt grow bulky, my hips are almost wider than my shoulders are. When i was younger i had severe pain around my bladder, sometimes i had like a cramp around my anus (could be prostate). So my problem is that at 20 i still look like a 14 year old boy with baby face, this is impacting heavily on my self esteem. Is it possible for me to get a testosterone prescription and would it do any good?

Although I don't usually advocate it, I think in your case a blood test to measure your testosterone levels may be wise before commencing a trial of Testosterone replacement Therapy. Also you would need to have additional symptoms like low libido and few or no morning erections to support a diagnosis of testosterone deficiency.
All of this said, the only way to know if TRT is going to help you would be to try it. You know in a few weeks. Your real challenge may be to find a doctor who will prescribe it. On no account purchase anything in this line on the Internet.

Hi,
Some of your concerns like not putting on weight or reduced facial hairs etc. are quite common at your age and you have still time for such developments. Again the second part of your post looks normal.
However, since you are worried about your body developments, the best thing you should do is to consult an Endocrinologist for a professional advice. The doctor would decide if any short term T supplemention is required for you or not.
