Lump kinda thing

hi. recently i have noticed a lump kinda thing on the rigt hand side of me next to the upper  part groin but not actually on my groin its kinda between the groin and my sack. its not pain full but when i do feel it its a tiny bit little tender but nothing that really hurts you can just feel it. theres no irrataion or anything like that. just wondering if any one could give me some advice as have no idea what it is. thank you to any one who can help really appreciate it.

I posted the same question 11/27/2007. If you got an answer can you share it with me.  Otherwise, your not alone.  Dont know ow to truley describe it, mine feels more like a vein, (or something) that has density, but there is no pain with it. It does not interfere with any other normal function, its just there.
