Pain in groin/pelvic area

23 year old male. Yesterday I was wrestling with a friend and ended up feeling a popping sound from what felt like pelvic area near penis quite possibly a groin injury from my research online but not sure, i'm used to sitting down all day and did not stretch adequately before the exercise.. my penis instantly shriveled up and i went to massage the area with mustard oil. today i woke up with weak erection and it went away short after. i could bring myself to erection but felt it being weak. as i progressed through the day as i lean forward i feel like my hip/groin/pelvic area crack as if i were cracking my knuckles. and i went to rub oil and felt my groin area hurt as i rubbed it. i am peeing fine and was just wondering if there is serious damage to penis or what i should do...

Thank you!
