Painful Perineum

Hello Doctors and all,

  Please help me!

I have had a growing irritation in my perineum...  closer to my anus than scrotum.
It almost always feels raw, inflamed, kind of swollen... just painful feelings.
Its been going on for about 6 months. Sometimes worse than other times... but always a little bit problematic.
I've been tested for all STDs THREE times. Tested for Parasites. Seen 3 GPs, 1 dermatologist, and even a   colorectal surgeon!! All of them looked and saw nothing wrong.  I don't see anything when I look with use of a hand mirror either.
Around the same time that this happened I've started noticing an itching in my anus... I've since noticed that there seems to be a slight incontinence problem. I will use the bathroom and anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours later it will itch and I will go back with TP and notice that it's not very clean. Sometimes worse than other times.
It feels swollen when I sit and raw when I walk.

Are these two things related? I've been keeping myself very clean without use of soaps or harsh wiping. Since then the itching has gone down... but the perineum pain still persists. Raw and painful. sometimes swollen feeling or inflamed. But the slight incontinence problem still exists as well... just keeping it a little more under wraps.

I'm currently taking an topical antifugal cream, Nystatin (by prescription)... which seems to be
making it feel more raw.

I've also had a insanely low ibido. I can hardly get an erection. I"m not sure if it's related.... this has
only been going on for the last few weeks.. in which I've been very stressed about many things including
this pain in my perineum.

Please tell me who or where to go or what to do about this!! (I'm in Los Angeles)

It's depressing me. It's giving me anxiety every day, all day. I'm starting to keep myself homebound because
  of the pain and irritation.

I'm a pretty healthy guy. 32. 130lbs. Do not smoke. I Exercise. Don't drink soda. not a heavy drinker. Stay low on milk and sugar intake.

I've read soooo many of these posts that are similar... yet no one seems to have an answer.

  Please help ASAP!

  Thank you!

Hello, This is B_concerned who posted this question. Even though no one has commented... I think I may have finally figured out the problem.

PNE: Pudendal Nerve Entrapment or Neuropathy

Please if anyone knows of this or has been cured of this, let me know.

Thank you.
