Why is the shaft of my penis still filled with blood but the head is flaccid?

Okay so I am a 18 y/o M, i masturbate quite a lot mainly because i’m bored I think.. well today my penis decided that it was enough.
I masturbated 2 times today and everything worked normal(my penis, ejaculation etc) but ejaculating the 2 time I didnt realise that something was wrong until i stood naked in the bathroom mirror after a shower.
My penis has retracted itself like 2cm, the shaft is flaccid length wise but almost swolen girth wise and my head is just like before this happened with the exception that im having a really hard time getting hard  and getting blood to the head.. feels like something’s wrong, like a plug in the arterys.

I just read my comment to you about your penis. I apologize if I made it sound scary, I didn’t mean to freak you out. Hello! I went to a doctor to vheck it out, not the following day but the day after that. I thought the swelling would go down when i was asleep ir something and on the 2nd day after the incident it had! I still went to my appointment and he checked and felt on it and said that he had never seen anything like it! (The thing that happend not my penis haha). He did conclude that if it had been a blockade then the head would have lost its blood supply and died and began to blue/black. Im fine now! But he said if it ever happend again i should go and check it oht emidiately. :)

I would get to the urologist as soon as you can.
