Patches of dry skin

Hi I'm 18
My concern Is that I have patches of dry skin in various parts of my body.I have patches of dry skin in my head and ears and in my genitals. It really dry and scaly and I'm worries because I tried all sorts of shampoos and cream and doesn't work. Wondering if it's dangerous and if there is a solution for it. Thank you

Neither of these conditions are dangerous but like Redheadedaussie said, you have to be diagnosed before you can begin any kind of treatment.   Remar

Thank for the tips. So it's not dangerous but I should get it checked out?

Could be eczma or psoriasis. Both are treated by cortisone cream but you need a doctor to look at it and make that diagnosis and then prescribe for you.

It sounds like it may be eczema. Only your Dr can say for sure though. If that's what it is, it's not dangerous.   Remar
