Penis rash. Please help.

"I have a red dry/somewhat flaky and shiny rash on my penis. From the glans to the shaft. It doesn't itch what so ever. I have tried steroid and anti fungal cremes and doesn't do anything. I also haven't had any sexual contact in about 3 years."

Hi look the doctor over looked some thing, as I have just been working with some body try this as an answer, if you have been wearing condome lately you could have become latex allergic, as your syptoms match the same as latex allergies.
Just google latex allergies and read on an see if they match.
