I have so many symptoms with so many worries

I have had so many symptoms over the past few days and each time I see someone, it seems like there's another diagnosis added. First, I went to the doctor for a physical because I just needed one. At that time I felt normal and I knew I had costochondritis. I also know that I had anxiety and depression. I had felt that I had a slow heart rate for a while and this thing where after I exercised, my heart beat went from fast to slow very quickly and then it sped up again. And kept fluctuating. My doctor diagnosed it as bradycardia. He did a baseline EKG which came back normal and prescribed me Meloxicam 7.5. After I got home from the doctor, I had started to develop shortness of breath. I dont know why and I think it may have been anxiety. The next day, I went to work and found that I not only had shortness of breath but tightness in my chest. It got worse with exertion and got better as I sat down. The NEXT day, I went to the ER because my mind was so worried I just HAD to know. There, they did an EKG - again normal. They also did a chest X-Ray looking at my heart and lungs. THAT came back normal. They also diagnosed Dyspnea and said the exact cause of my shortness of breath is not certain. My tests did not show any of the serious causes of dyspnea. That same night, after I lay down, I was doing my normal worrying heart rate check when I felt my chest do a little flutter and that's when I noticed my heart seemed to have skipped a beat. Then it did it a second time. And at the same time, a pain entered my head. The pain is very dull this morning but I kind of feel it there still. I don't know if those two things are connected in some way. I also felt a strange sensation as I was falling asleep, I felt like i was running out of air and i startled awake. That continued on for an hour and a half. I finally fell asleep. I am such a huge mess...but can ANYONE make sense of any of this?!?!

Since your tests came back normal, your symptoms may be due to your anxiety.  If you are not getting treated for depression and anxiety, follow up with someone who could prescribe something for those symptoms.  Also, visiting with a professional counselor in the cognitive therapy field would be helpful.
