please read me well

hey

since 10 weeks i wen to have unprotected oral sex with a prestitute who had peircing in her tongue and i dont know her status ,im littel worried about std and hiv ,
i had blood test 1 month later std and hiv all came negative
i had hiv blood test after 7 weeks all came negative but i found a slight decrease in my wbc from 5.6 to 5.3 and increas of t lymphocytes from 43.3 to 50.5

can any one tell me the relation between hiv or any std and t lymph
as per my researches through out the net i had figured out the once you are infected by hiv the t lymph goes down and as per Med thread they told me t increases
can anyone tell the truth ?

sorr i foget to mention i had all hiv symptoms except having sweet nights
