Hello,
The common causes of pain in testicles are any injury, infection or inflammation or testicular torsion .The most common causes of possible infections are epididymitis, orchitis etc.A clinical examination is extremely important for deciding the exact cause of your symptoms. tests like ultrasound of the testicles may be needed depending on the clinical examination findings. I hope you find this information useful.
Best luck and regards!
