Puberty

Hi I'm sixteen and still have no pubic hair?
My penis is four & half inches erect and has not grown
Since I started measuring it about four years ago my friends
Keep grabbing me and taking my trousers and underwear
Off and showing the girls in our group, one of the girls
I really liked but now she's seen my willy I just
Feel stupid! Everyone thinks
It great fun but it's terrifying and it's making me very nervous
When girls are around.
I'm very skinny and don't eat much is this why
I'm so late why don't i look like everyone else?

Hi,
Considering your age and the facts that pubic hair starts showing up generally during the initial phase of puberty, and your penis started developing as usual four years back, I would advise you to consult an endocrinologist to ensure that your growth process is in order. It is always better to correct developmental problems, if any, at the earliest than wasting the valuable time. Issues with adrenals or thyroid could easily interfere with adoloscent development.

Considering your body is growing and will be growing for the next ten years, I would tell you not to worry.  However, seeing that your in your mid teens, I assume that answer isn't going to be helpful.  Unfortunately, our bodies grow when they want to grow, and we really can't rush them.  What I can tell you, is that, over the next few years, you'll realize that this time of your life, you were worried about the wrong things, and you'll look back and have a few good laughs.  Your at that age, when popularity means everything.  By the way, I would assume the kids who are teasing you, are doing so to get you to react the way you do (they're having fun at seeing you terrified).  If your worried about being skinny, do some research about getting active.  Find a sport or activity that you like and make sure you eat right.  Your body will grow when it's ready to, but you can help it by making sure you treat it right, with the right foods and staying active.  Hope this helps alleviate your fears

You need to get a new group of friends who respect your privacy and dignity. Nobody has any right to ridicule you in that way!
At sixteen it is too early to start calling this "delayed puberty" My feeling is that you will be fine. Hang in there -- but not with those "friends"
