Red patches on penis head(glans)

i had unprotected oral sex(it was performed on me...just for a minute or so)... no other sexual contact...been 4 months now...
I have noticed some red patches on my penis head.... of the size of a thumb nail... they happen after masturbation or arousal...
No pain... they are difinitely not herpes becuase there are no bumps... no blisters with liquid.. just medium sized red patches wihch disappear next day... they come back again...
i am really worried...
anybody out there with such symptoms?? please help me out...

could be penile papules. a condition that is entirely harnless. some men, more often those who are not circumsized, can find lots of little bumpy protrutions on the edge of the head of the penis. if its irritated that could be something else. at this link there is a picture of penile papules for referance, under the "Physical" heading near the bottom. http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1058826-overview

I have the same situation- after receiving oral sex I have these red blotchy patches that are there 1 day and gone the next- have had several std tests all of which came back negative- Dr's tell me that I am too concerned and that I may be imagining these red blotches...but I am not imagining them thay are there- also the area around the slit is very red and irritated, and itchy some days and not the others...I swear this is due to receiving unprotected oral sex..they say it's not- who the hell knows anymore- it's making me crazy !!!
