Something happening to my nipple.

OK , first of all i'm sorry for the mistakes i make and etc. (english isn't my main language).
So I'm a male and i have noticed something (im in puberty) my left nipple is hurting , and for example when i squeeze it there is a liquid coming out , and when i touch my button , there is something like a circle which is hard and when i press it it hurts me , I'm not sure whether it's something i should worry about , i'm asking in the forum to see some feedback before i go to my doctor and ask what should i do.

I'm also a male and had a similar problem with my right nipple when I was 24. If I pressed my right nipple between my fingers about 6 drops of fluid would pop out on the tip. At first I though that might be because I had large nipples, but I couldn't get any fluid out of my left one. I saw a doctor and he said that fluid coming from a guy's nipple could be a precancerous condition, especially if the other nipple is okay. So I had my right breast removed as a precaution. I watch my remaining nipple, but have never had any trouble with it. You probably don't have cancer, but I would have it checked out. Breast cancer in males is unusual.
