Usually there are no adverse effects to stopping testosterone therapy. However, it would have been useful if you had told us the name of the testosterone injections you were receiving.

Hi,
How old are you and was it taken as per prescription from a doctor?. and did you stop it as per advice from the doctor? Such short term treatments are done to kick start puberty in boys having delayed puberty. So, I do not think it will have any serious side effects, even though it is always required to get a confirmation in such cases, from a doctor.
Long term TRT can have side effects unless it is medically spervised and controlled. Some of the side effects in such cases are testicular atrophy, prostate and liver issues.
