I'm very glad to hear that you're seeing the endocrinologist so soon. I'm sure he or she will do a full endocrine workup. Not only do you have the low testosterone but the gynecomastia as well. All these hormones are all related and regulated by many glands and one malfunction will mess up all the others. Hopefully he/she will figure out what the problem is and resolve your problems. Don't be discouraged if it takes a while to figure out as this often is the problem. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Thank you.
I'm actually seeing an endocrinologist tomorrow. Once I have a full Endocrine panel it'll hopefully give me a better idea of what's going on.
Make an appointment to see your doctor.
He will be able to prescribe you with Testogel or something similar to get your testosterone levels up.
This gel is applied to an arm or leg every morning,
Your doctor will monitor you and will adjust the amount that you will need.
Have you seen an endocrinologist about your problems? Often times these issues are related to hormonal imbalances, but after a thorough workup they could be corrected.
However other things like certain medications, narcotic use, drug use can also cause these issues.
You need to see a doctor as I said above and I would recommend an endocrinologist.
If you have low level of testosterone you may take replacemtnt therapy. Doctor can easily treat you. Side by side, you can do yoga therapy as an adjunct therapy. Google 'Yoga therapy for normalizing hormonal balance". Do those postures regularly along with the hormonal therapy.Combined therapy will hasten your recovery.
