Testicle, Lower Abdomen, and leg pain

Hello,

i have constant testicle pain, along with pain in my lower abdomen and inner tops of my thighs. I have no inflammation, or lumps and have been checked by two separate doctors - theres no visual difference in my testicles? Couple of months prior to the pain i had an infection of my epididymis which was resolved by antibiotics - -  however since then have tried antibiotics with no avail? Whats wrong with me!!!

Hmmm, I'm having a similar situation as yours - only not with constant pain.  I get quite a few varieties of discomfort, from occasional stabs of pain to aching.  Often associated with pain along the hip or in the low back on one side.  Been to the doctor's and of course the ultrasound and CAT scan is fine so there's "nothing wrong with you".  I'd suggest seeing a chiropractor.  I went to see one and had a lift put in one shoe because that leg was a bit shorter than the other.  Things like that can really make a difference.
